Customer Return Form
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with seal, and in its original packaging without any tampering.
Your item(s) must be delivered within 14 days.
We do not refund all related shipping charges.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you ship with a tracking number to ensure a successful return. We are not responsible for any packages lost by courier services.
If your return is rejected due to not meeting return requirements, refunds will not be granted. Customers can choose to have products shipped back to them for an additional shipping charge, otherwise products will be discarded.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 8 business days.
Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on your account.
